WorldTeach communicates with its alumni and prospective volunteers primarily though email.  When I arrived at this internship, they were fighting with an email generated by a CMS which had haphazardly-placed tags and styling and was not responsive.  While there, I designed a responsive template and taught both the director of marketing and communication as well as the admissions director how to work with HTML tags and content to adapt and modify my template for future mailings.
